Shaanxi HEYOU Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: phone number, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and optional name and organization.
• Trial requests: organization, name, role, test scenario, phone and email.
• Feedback: product, version and the description you submit.
• Download and security logs: downloads, sign-in times, IP address and browser, used to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To provide sign-in, downloads, trials and support; to send email verification codes; and to contact you about your request. Except for processing required to deliver email, we do not share your personal, organization or project data with third parties, including hardware vendors.

Third parties

The necessary email address and message content are passed to Tencent Cloud SES only to deliver verification codes and service notifications. SMS is not yet available, and phone numbers are not currently used to send codes.

Storage

Data is stored on servers in mainland China. Sessions use HttpOnly cookies and passwords are stored as salted hashes.

Your rights

You can view and edit your data under My account, or contact us at mio7280505@gmail.com to correct or delete it.

Cookies

We only use the cookie required to keep you signed in, plus a locally stored theme preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
